The 52nd annual March for Life takes place Friday in Washington, D.C., and many prominent Republican leaders are expected to take part. Trump made history in 2020 when he appeared at the March for Life and shared his support for the participants, per Catholic News Agency.
“Vice President JD Vance will make his first public appearance after the inauguration festivities to speak at the March for Life Rally,” the March for Life Education and Defense Fund stated in a Thursday press release. The March’s release indicated that other planned speakers at the Washington D.C. march will include House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-LA, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-SD, Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and surfer and author Bethany Hamilton, whose story was featured in the 2011 film “Soul Surfer.”
