She also avoided saying whether she'd primary Schumer next cycle even though it's something some Democrats are privately urging her to do. Ocasio-Cortez said that she was concentrating on keeping Democrats from backing the funding bill, during an appearance on CNN on Thursday.

Schumer announced on the Senate floor that he would vot to advacne the so-called continuing resolution despite thinking the legislation is not good.“There is a deep sense of outrage and betrayal,” New York Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said in a statement, according to The Hill newspaper. “And this is not just about progressive Democrats, This is across the board — the entire party.”
