Trump says U.S. will immediately stop bombing Houthi militants in Yemen

President Donald Trump says the U.S. will stop airstrikes on Houthi militants in Yemen effective immediately. "We will stop the bombings," Trump said. Trump made the announcement as he met with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney at the White House. He said Houthi rebels informed the U.S. that they don't want to fight anymore and the administration would honor that request. "They have capitulated, but more importantly, we will take their word," he said. "They say they will not be blowing up ships anymore."
