The Wisconsin Supreme Court issued an administrative order on Tuesday that temporarily relieves Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan of her official duties.
The order, released late Tuesday, said Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan faces two federal charges – one a felony and one a misdemeanor – and it is in the public interest to relieve her of her duties temporarily.
Dugan is expected back in federal court on May 15 to face federal charges of felony obstruction of a federal agency and concealing a person to help them avoid arrest, which is a misdemeanor.
