The remarks came as Trump signed a National Security Presidential Memorandum imposing “maximum pressure” on Tehran, targeting its nuclear program, proxy groups, and financial networks. “If they did that, they would be obliterated,” Trump told reporters during the signing ceremony. “I’ve left instructions—if they do it, they get obliterated. There won’t be anything left.”
