A brand new Trump Tower has been unveiled - with developers claiming the new 80-storey skyscraper will boast the world's highest swimming pool. The Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai will be the first Trump-branded high-rise in the Middle East. The 350m-high skyscraper is set feature luxury residences, suites, private lounges, and 'world-class' amenities, including what is billed as the world’s highest outdoor pool. Dar Global, a London-listed luxury property developer, and The Trump Organisation announced the project yesterday. It comes as Donald Trump prepares to head to Saudi Arabia in just a few days' time, where he is expected to agree an arms deal worth over $100bn (£75bn).

However, the completion of the project is expected to take several years. The Gulf region, with its booming property market, offers significant opportunities to the Trump Organization. Dubai, in particular, has experienced a surge in luxury house prices in recent years.
