In September 2023, British media outlets Channel 4 and the Sunday Times published claims by four women of being sexually assaulted or raped by Brand. The accusers have not been identified.

Police said he is also responsible for the alleged oral rape and sexual assault of a woman in Westminster in 2004, as well as the sexual assault of another alleged victim between 2004 and 2005. Cops started investigating Brand back in September 2023.
