“The unauthorized accessing and dissemination of Mr. Biden’s data is offensive and objectionable to Mr. Biden, and would be highly offensive and objectionable to any reasonable person as they would not expect a computer repairman to copy and disseminate the private and confidential contents of someone’s data,” the lawsuit from Hunter Biden says.
It comes at a time when Republicans in Congress are ramping up their investigation into overseas business dealings Hunter Biden and other Biden family members engaged in while Joe Biden was vice president.
Hunter Biden has sued the owner of the Wilmington computer repair store for invasion of privacy, after he turned over the contents of Biden's laptop to allies of former President Donald Trump. Mac Isaac contends that Biden abandoned the laptop at the Wilmington shop, and thus it became his property.
