Dar Global, a London-listed luxury property developer, and The Trump Organisation announced the project yesterday. It comes as Donald Trump prepares to head to Saudi Arabia in just a few days' time, where he is expected to agree an arms deal worth over $100bn (£75bn).

Dubai, in particular, has experienced a surge in luxury house prices in recent years.
