Former Proud Boys national chair Enrique Tarrio was arrested on Capitol Hill just weeks after being released from prison. U.S. Capitol Police told The Washington Times that Mr. Tarrio was arrested Friday afternoon after officers witnessed him swipe at a counter-protester who put her phone close to his face. Police said that Mr. Tarrio struck the woman’s phone and arm, and that the woman wished to press charges against him. Mr. Tarrio was arrested and charged with simple assault.
